About these terms
These terms apply to your use of igalaxy.co.uk. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site is operated by I-Galaxy Media Limited (“iGalaxy”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 05881572, with its registered office at 4th Floor Hamilton House, Mabledon Place, London, England, WC1H 9BB.
You can contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone on 020 7993 8282. Our full details are on our company details page.
What the site is for
The site introduces iGalaxy and the services offered under our umbrella, including app development and the Shoutloudr® brand consultancy. It is for general information only.
Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services. Any work we carry out is governed by a separate proposal, quotation or agreement between us and our client, and those terms take priority over anything on this site.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or is fraudulent;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
- introduce viruses or other harmful material, or attack the site through a denial-of-service attack;
- use automated tools to scrape or copy content from the site, or to submit forms;
- use our contact form to send spam, unsolicited marketing or abusive messages.
We may suspend or restrict access to the site, or block submissions, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
Intellectual property
We own, or are licensed to use, the content of this site, including its text, design, graphics, illustrations, logos and code. The iGalaxy and Shoutloudr® names and logos are our brands.
You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own reference. You must not copy, reproduce, republish or adapt any part of it for commercial use without our written permission.
Client names and other trademarks
Client names and logos shown on the site identify organisations we have worked with or for. They remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification only. Their appearance does not mean those organisations endorse iGalaxy, unless we say so.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but the content is provided for general information and may change without notice. You should not rely on it as the basis for any decision without speaking to us first.
We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free from errors or interruptions. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, such as Google Maps, those links are for your convenience. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
If you are using the site as a business, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations that may apply to the site to the extent the law allows. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from relying on its content, including loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
If you are a consumer, we only provide the site for domestic and private use. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for any business losses.
We are not responsible for viruses or other harmful material that could affect your device or data because you used the site. We recommend using up-to-date security software.
Your information
We handle personal information in line with our privacy notice and cookie notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Please check back whenever you use the site.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
