Small details. Clear information.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as browser storage, work in a comparable way. This notice explains what igalaxy.co.uk uses and why.
The short version
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site securely and make the contact form work. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies, so we do not ask for your consent. The law allows strictly necessary cookies to be used without consent, but we still want you to know about them.
Cookies we use
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
igalaxy_forms | iGalaxy | Keeps your form session and protects our forms against forged requests. It is only set when you open the contact form or the invitation confirmation page. | Session (removed when you close your browser) |
cf_clearance | Cloudflare | Records that your browser has passed a Cloudflare security check, so you are not asked to complete it again straight away. Only set if a check is shown. | Determined by the Cloudflare security settings for the check |
__cf_bm | Cloudflare | Helps Cloudflare tell people apart from automated traffic to protect the site. May be set on some visits. | 30 minutes |
Our session cookie is set as HTTP-only, secure over HTTPS and SameSite=Lax, which prevents scripts from reading it, limits transmission to HTTPS and helps restrict cross-site use.
Cloudflare Turnstile
When you use our contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a short security check in your browser. Turnstile is loaded from Cloudflare and may use browser storage on Cloudflare’s own domain to complete the check. It is not used for advertising or tracking. See Cloudflare’s cookie information and the Turnstile privacy addendum.
Links to other sites
Links on our site, such as directions on Google Maps, open the other site in a new tab. We do not embed maps, videos or social media feeds, so those services cannot set cookies through our pages. Any cookies they use once you visit them are covered by their own policies.
Managing cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers explain how in their help pages, and the ICO’s guidance on cookies is a good place to start.
If you block the cookies above, the website will still display, but the contact form may not send. You can always call us on 020 7993 8282 instead.
Changes and contact
If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, such as analytics, we will update this notice and ask for your consent before setting them.
